Truly a great LP and a major rarity from South Africa. John Phillips was actually a British folkie that was at one time a gardener for Donovan. There’s a lot of mystery around this recording, so hard to provide details but one thing for sure, it’s ultra rare with only a handful of copies known to exist worldwide. A gorgeous folk/psych record with 14 original songs reminiscent of Syd Barrett, Donovan etc.
